1. Click the Support menu or link  https://support.inspace.cloud/hc/en-us

2. Enter User Password to login.

3. After logging in, go to the “Submit a request” menu to open a ticket.

4. Fill in details about the problem you want to report. After that, click on “Submit” to open the ticket.

5. To check or track a ticket, go to the “Requests” menu.

6. You will find the ticket that reported the problem.
